8. Warranty

The KELYX Pro Kit and Essential Vacuum come with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage from misuse, drops, or unauthorized modifications
  • Damage from using non-KELYX accessories

9. Intellectual Property

All content on kelyx.store — including text, images, logos, product designs, and code — is the property of KELYX LLC and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

10. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use our website for illegal purposes

KELYX products are designed for pet grooming. Always supervise your pet during use. Follow the instructions in the user guide. We are not responsible for injuries resulting from misuse.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming.
